I’m Katherine — a former therapist, mom of two, and the human behind Moving Mountains with KM.
I work with mom entrepreneurs who look like they’re holding it together on the outside, but inside feel overwhelmed, on edge, or disconnected from themselves. You’re capable, thoughtful, and deeply caring and somehow still feel like everything is on your shoulders.
My work isn’t about fixing you or teaching you how to manage anxiety better. It’s about slowing down enough to feel what’s been pushed aside, listening to what your body has been trying to tell you, and learning how to trust yourself again.
When that happens, things begin to shift. You feel clearer. More present. Less reactive. You start making decisions from a place that actually feels like you.
