I created Mountains and Mindfulness as a space to explore just that. Here, I’ll share stories—both my own and those of the incredible women I support—about overcoming obstacles, breaking free from anxiety, and stepping into a life that feels more peaceful, present, and playful. You’ll find practical tools to help you regulate your emotions, let go of stress, and shift from overwhelm to calm—without guilt.
For too long, we’ve been told to “push through,” to ignore our feelings for the sake of productivity. But the truth is, suppressing emotions doesn’t make them disappear—it just makes them come out sideways, often in the form of yelling at our kids, snapping at our partners, or feeling completely drained at the end of the day.
Here, we do things differently. I teach women how to feel their feelings—fully and safely—so they no longer control them. Because when you learn to release your emotions, you gain something even more valuable than just “managing anxiety.” You gain freedom. Freedom to show up in your business with confidence, to enjoy your family without resentment, and to trust yourself in a way you never have before.
