You allow the feeling to move through you—breathing deeply, softening into the experience, and trusting that it will pass. Anxiety isn’t here to harm you; it’s just energy looking for release.
✨ Step 3: Release It
Rather than fearing anxiety, you build a new relationship with it. You remind yourself:
“Feeling anxious means I am alive, aware, and tuned in.”
And with that awareness, you say:
"Thank you for protecting me. I release you."
